  5. Can I download the app from any phone? Yes, all IOS and Android devices can download the app.
  6. Can I send photos and videos to someone else's frames? Yes, using the app you can easily share photos from anywhere in the world to your friends, family and anyone else who provides you with their unique frame code. 
  7. Can I send photos to multiple frames at once? Yes, you can send photos and videos to as many frames as you are linked too. 
  8. How many photos and videos can this frame hold? It can hold over 20,000 photos and videos. 
  9. Can I add more storage? Yes, you can add a Sd card to add 32 more GB (up to 40,000 additional photos and videos).
  10. When viewing a video on the frame can you hear the sound of the video? Yes, our Digital Frame has a built in speaker so you can hear the sound of your video. You can also mute the video if you do not want to hear any sound. 
  11. Is there any other cool features that you can display on your frame? Yes, you have the option to display your local weather, 4 day forecast, and the time. 
  12. Can you scroll through photos/videos on your frame or do you have to wait for a timer? Our frame's screen is touchscreen, so you can easily look through your memories with the touch of your finger. 
  13. Can you change the amount of time for the rotation of pictures? Yes, you can set it to anytime from 1 second to freeze on one photo the entire time.
  14. Is it easy to view the frame vertical or horizontal? Yes, it is so easy! All you have to do is place your frame horizontal or vertical and the built in sensor within the frame will automatically detect it. 
  15. Can you display photos In a collage? Yes, you can easily have your frame automatically display photos in a collage format in the settings.
  16. Can you have your frame automatically turn on and off at a specific time? Yes, you can select the time and also the specific days you want your frame to turn on and off. 
  17. Do you offer any steps to set your frame? Yes, we offer step by step videos as well a detailed manual booklet to walk you through any question you may have. We also have 24/7 support to answer any questions you may have.
  18. Does it come with a stand? Yes, all our frames come with a matching stand that can be use to hold the frame horizontal and vertical.
  19. Can you mount the frame to your wall? Yes, we have a built in mounting hole on the backside of the frame as well as a provided screw for mounting.
  20. Can you caption your photos? Yes, you definitely can caption any photo or video for your frame and even ones you send to your loved ones.
  21. When I send a photo/video to someone else can they respond to me from their Frame? Yes, we have built in reactions. So if you send a loved one a photo you, they can respond with a like, laugh, surprise, or sadness emoji. 
  22. If I also want to transfer photos and videos from my computer can I do that? Absolutely. You can transfer photos and videos easily from your computer and from the Frameo app. Just follow the settings on your frame. 
  23. Does the frame have to be plugged in. Yes, it does. 
  24. Does the frame need to be connected to wifi? You only need wifi to add photos to the frame. Once the photos are on the frame it will automatically shuffle through the photos as normally. 
  25. How can someone else add photos to my frame? You provide them your unique frame ID and they add that unique code to their
